The giant artwork "Dazzle ship’ has been designed by Venezuelan-born, Paris-based artist Carlos Cruz-Diez. In liverpool.- Albert Dock. it was Part of Liverpool Biennial festival. MR Diez said; 'The important information to keep in mind here is that; Art is not just something on a canvas, hanging on a wall;, I want people to feel happiness, because color produces happiness and i want them to associate that with this ship, happiness, not war!'
